Company of Cooks is a private & corporate catering company that recently began a partnership with Myhotel Brighton to run the cafe and restaurant area. Working closely with colleague Steve Bailey from Bailey IAD we were appointed to re-design and oversee the installation of the cafe and restaurant area in this Brighton hotspot.
